Nicole is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Member of CPA Australia (CPA). She has more than 2 decades of relevant working experience and her forte lies in IPOs and Malaysian public listed companies (PLCs), advisory to local and foreign-owned multinationals (including United State of America, Japan and People’s Republic of China) and non-profit making associations, foundations, application for work permits and incentives with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

She first started her career with a local audit firm and gained nearly 5 years of experience in the financial audit with wide range of clients in various industries. She was since May 2003 joined a secretarial firm and headed the corporate secretarial division until 2018 where her last held position was Executive Director. She then set up her own secretarial practice, KMPCORP. 

During her tenure at the previous firm, Nicole was instrumental in setting up a dedicated team from the ground up to manage and handle all things concerning PLCs, IPOs and the restructuring of companies planning for listing, either on the Main, ACE or LEAP Markets of Bursa. Nicole was also the named Company Secretary of 9 PLCs and 8 IPOs.

Nicole is currently acting as the Company Secretary of 8 PLCs, other public and private companies as well as holding senior partner position in a private equity management company registered with the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Wong was elected Associate of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrator (MAICSA) since 30 August 2016. She has under her belt almost 15 years of sound experience in corporate secretarial services and currently acting as the Company Secretary of private and public companies.

Wong was exposed to a wide variety of corporate exercises such as initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, employee share scheme, private placement, rights issue, bonus issue, preference shares, share buyback, incorporation of private and public companies.
